Brazil joins DesignView

Brazil joins DesignView

The information on industrial designs registered before the Brazilian National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI) has become available in the search database DesignView since October 17, 2016. Thus, the INPI has become the 51st office to join the project.

The database was enlarged by 90,000 designs registered in Brazil since 2000 and now contains the information on more than 10 million designs registered all over the world.

As of February 29, 2016, Brazil is also a participant of TMView – a search tool providing access to information on around 40 million trademarks worldwide.
