Peru general info

Peru, officially the Republic of Peru, is a country in western South America. It is bordered by Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia and Chile. The capital is Lima. The Peruvian population is multiethnic and is estimated at 31.2 million. Peru is a Presidential representative democratic republic divided into 25 regions. It is a developing country with a high Human Development Index score.
