Patenthuis is a small patent attorney’s practice in Belgium specialising in Belgian and European patent drafting and prosecution, mainly for SMEs requiring a no-nonsense approach at reasonable rates. Guidance and advice in relation to the many choices during the life of patent application and a patent come as standard.
A second focus of Patenthuis are European patent opposition procedures. Opposition cases from foreign colleagues are actively sought.
