Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trockenherstellungsverfahren ohne Zugabe von Lösungsmitteln zur Herstellung einer Elektrodenfolie für einen Energiespeicher, umfassend die Verfahrensschritte: A) Bereitstellen von Äusgangsmaterialien, umfassend - ein fluorhaltiges polymeres Trockenbindemittel und Polyvinylpyrrolidon, - ein elektrisch leitfähiges Additiv und - ein elektrochemisch aktives Material, B) Mischen der Ausgangsmaterialien unter Bildung einer Mischung, und C) Kalandrieren der Mischung unter Bildung der Elektrodenfolie. Ein derartiges Trockenherstellungsverfahren erlaubt es einen Teil des flurhaltigen polymeren Trockenbindemittels gegen Polyvinylpyrrolidon zu ersetzen.

The invention relates to a dry production method without the addition of solvents for producing an electrode foil for an energy store, comprising the method steps of: A) providing starting materials including - a fluorine-containing polymeric dry binder and polyvinylpyrrolidone, - an electrically conductive additive and - an electrochemically active material, b) mixing the starting materials to form a mixture, and C) calendering the mixture to form the electrode foil. A dry production method of this type allows part of the fluorine-containing polymeric dry binder to be replaced by polyvinylpyrrolidone.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production à sec sans ajout de solvants pour la production d'une feuille d'électrode pour un accumulateur d'énergie, comprenant les étapes de procédé consistant à : A) fournir des matériaux de départ comprenant un liant sec polymère contenant du fluor et de la polyvinylpyrrolidone, un additif électroconducteur et un matériau électrochimiquement actif, B) mélanger les matériaux de départ pour former un mélange, et C) calandrer le mélange pour former la feuille d'électrode. Un tel procédé de production à sec permet de remplacer une partie du liant sec polymère contenant du fluor par de la polyvinylpyrrolidone.
