Abstract [English] "Automatic On-Board Hydrogen Generator" is characterized by a vehicle mounted Hydrogen gas generator adapted to produce Hydrogen automatically on- board as and when it is consumed, depending upon the pressure of the Hydrogen gas produced in its final storage tank (9) before consumption using a solid (S) and a liquid reactant (L) wherein the flow rate of one reactant (S) to the reaction chamber (4) is varied between zero to maximum by means of a screw conveyor (2) working on the Dc supply from the batteries of the vehicle on which it is installed, by comparing the pressure of Hydrogen gas produced with a pre-set minimum and maximum pressure value by using an electronic process controller (11). [French] Un générateur d'hydrogène embarqué automatique est caractérisé par un générateur de gaz hydrogène monté sur véhicule conçu pour produire de l'hydrogène automatiquement à bord comme et lorsqu'il est consommé, en fonction de la pression du gaz hydrogène produit dans son réservoir de stockage final (9) avant consommation à l'aide d'un solide (S) et d'un réactif liquide (L), le débit d'un réactif (S) vers la chambre de réaction (4) variant entre zéro et le maximum au moyen d'un transporteur à vis (2) fonctionnant sur l'alimentation à courant continu à partir des batteries du véhicule sur lequel il est installé, par comparaison de la pression du gaz hydrogène produit avec une valeur de pression minimale et maximale prédéfinie à l'aide d'un dispositif de commande de processus électronique (11).
