France: Patents, Utility Models, Trademarks, Designs - Changes to the official fees

French Intellectual Property Office announced increased official fee structure for IP protection matters as of July 1, 2015.

Rates for almost all items of the official fees schedule are increased; however said increase is not significant. For example, the official fee for filing trademark application in France using online services increased from EUR 200 to EUR 210; from EUR 536 to EUR 556 for filing patent application/entering French PCT national stage.

Official fees for registration of patents, utility models, trademarks and industrial designs are payable to the French patent office in euros.
