Hungary: New electronic system for trademark applications

New electronic system for submissions of the trademark applications to the Hungarian Intellectual Property office has been developed in cooperation with the OHIM.
Said system provides set of tools which simplifies filing of the Hungarian trademark applications. In particular, the system featured with automatic notifications about search results on trademark applications notifying the applicant about any conflicting trademarks. Online classification tool TM Class is integrated to the system as well. Request to register a trademark may be filled online and submitted with one click without necessity to upload documents.
