Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von Abluft einer Papier-, Karton- und/oder Tissue-Herstellungsmaschine (2), das die Schritte aufweist: a) Zufuhr der aus einer Trocknerhaube (7) einer Trocknungsstation (5) der Herstellungsmaschine (2) austretenden, Geruchsstoffe und Wasserdampf aufweisenden Abluft in zumindest einen mit Kühl- und Waschwasser betriebenen Wäscher (3), b) Entfernen zumindest eines Teils der in der Abluft enthaltenen Geruchsstoffe und Kondensieren zumindest eines Teils des in der Abluft enthaltenen Wasserdampfes, indem die Abluft mit dem Kühl- und Waschwasser des Wäschers (3) in Kontakt gebracht wird, und c) Abführen des durch den Kontakt mit der Abluft erwärmten Kühl- und Waschwassers aus dem Wäscher (3) und Zuführen dieses erwärmten Kühl und Waschwassers in einen Wärmetauscher eines Wärmepumpenverdampfers (8) einer Wärmepumpe (4) zur Verdampfung des Wärmepumpenarbeitsmediums. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Anlage (1) zur Durchführung eines solchen Verfahrens.

The invention relates to a method for treating exhaust air of a paper, board and/or tissue production machine (2), the method comprising the steps of: a) feeding the exhaust air, which exits from a dryer hood (7) of a drying station (5) of the production machine (2) and contains odorous substances and water vapor, into at least one scrubber (3) operated with cooling and scrubbing water, b) removing at least some of the odorous substances contained in the exhaust air and condensing at least some of the water vapor contained in the exhaust air by bringing the exhaust air into contact with the cooling and scrubbing water of the scrubber (3), and c) removing from the scrubber (3) the cooling and scrubbing water heated by the contact with the exhaust air and feeding said heated cooling and scrubbing water into a heat exchanger of a heat-pump evaporator (8) of a heat pump (4) in order to evaporate the heat-pump working medium. The invention also relates to a system (1) for carrying out a method of this type.

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de l'air d'échappement d'une machine de production de papier, de carton et/ou de tissu (2), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) amener l'air d'échappement, qui sort d'une hotte de séchage (7) d'une station de séchage (5) de la machine de production (2) et contient des substances odorantes et de la vapeur d'eau, dans au moins un épurateur (3) fonctionnant avec de l'eau de refroidissement et de lavage, b) éliminer au moins une partie des substances odorantes contenues dans l'air d'échappement et condenser au moins une partie de la vapeur d'eau contenue dans l'air d'échappement en amenant l'air d'échappement en contact avec l'eau de refroidissement et de lavage de l'épurateur (3), et c) éliminer de l'épurateur (3) l'eau de refroidissement et de lavage chauffée par le contact avec l'air d'échappement et amener ledit air de refroidissement et de lavage chauffé dans un échangeur de chaleur d'un évaporateur de pompe à chaleur (8) d'une pompe à chaleur (4) afin d'évaporer le milieu de travail de la pompe à chaleur.
