Die Erfindung betrifft ein Haushaltsgeräte-Auszugssystem (4, 5), aufweisend mindestens eine Teleskopschiene (5, 5A, 5B) mit einem gerätefesten Teil (15, 21) und einem diesbe züglich ausziehbaren, beweglichen Teil (16), wobei der gerätefeste Teil (15, 21) und der bewegliche Teil (16) gegeneinander eine einem stärker zusammengeschobenen Zustand entsprechende erste Endstellung, eine einem stärker auseinandergezogenen Zustand entsprechende zweite Raststellung und mindestens eine zwischen der ersten Endstellung und der zweiten Raststellung liegende dritte Raststellung aufweisen, wobei an dem gerä tefesten Teil (15, 21) oder an dem beweglichen Teil (16) ein in Richtung des jeweils ande ren Teils (16; 15, 21) vorstehendes Rastvorsprungselement (17) befestigt ist, in einem Pfad des Rastvorsprungselements (17) in Bezug auf das andere Teil zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stellung an dem anderen Teil (16; 15, 21) mindestens ein in eine Aus sparung (20) eingelassenes Rastaufnahmeelement (18, 22) vorhanden ist, in welches das Rastvorsprungselement (17) in der dritten Raststellung lösbar einrastbar ist.
