A producing chewing gum consisting of natural Nano Fenchol and Nano Quercetin which is anti-Alzheimer and also anticancer in different forms and sizes or any kinds of other filling materials. Producing Saghez chewing gums having Nano Fenchol and Nano Quercetin gradual delivery is claimed because of low solubility in water and being enclosed in Natural gums polymer. at first, producing process of chewing gum is started with the melting of the basic texture of chewing gum (Gum Base) for 10 minutes after that related sugar is added to it and combined together for 10 minutes, then other ingredients are added such as Fenchol and quercetin to combine thoroughly with others for 5 till 10 minutes, finally after forming the homogeneous texture transmitted to the device for producing 5-gram mold.

L'invention concerne la production d'une gomme à mâcher constituée de nano-fenchol et de nano-quercétine naturels qui est anti-Alzheimer et également anticancéreuse sous différentes formes et tailles ou tout type d'autres matériaux de remplissage. La production de gommes à mâcher Saghez permettant une administration progressive de nano-fenchol et de nano-quercétine est revendiquée en raison d'une faible solubilité dans l'eau et parce qu'ils sont enfermés dans un polymère de gommes naturelles. Tout d'abord, le procédé de production commence par la fusion de la texture de base de la gomme à mâcher (base de gomme) pendant 10 minutes après avoir ajouté et combiné le sucre associé pendant 10 minutes, puis d'autres ingrédients sont ajoutés tels que du fenchol et de la quercétine pour les combiner intimement avec les autres pendant 5 à 10 minutes, enfin après formation de la texture homogène, elle est transmise au dispositif pour produire un produit moulé de 5 grammes.
